Hey, how's ya'll's New Year?
Twenty minutes after officially declaring it New Years here, I got scared by a "The Woman In Black II" commercial in front of my folks so much that I fell over. xD
Anyway, What're your resolutions for this new year?

A kiss is still a kiss, a sigh is still a sigh...
The fundamental things apply as time goes by...
Ahem.
Hi, lovelies! I know that I haven't been around much. College has been keeping me busy, especially in the writing department in terms of assignments. So I honestly haven't really had time to do much except brainstorm and bounce ideas off of people. I truly adore hearing about everyone's stories and how everyone's OC development is going, and I consider myself lucky to have that same privilege with people despite nothing going particularly public on my end just yet. But, hon, there's definitely a storm brewin'. Anyway, while I've been away, it's allowed me to do some reflection on my time

Percival Sinclair DuPont (Or at least that's what he allows himself to he called...)
1. Percival was originally a mix of my favorite fictional male characters: Edward Nygma, Lolita's Humbert Humbert, and Maxie from Pokemon Omega Ruby, with a smatterings of Toffee from Star VS the Forces of Evil and Hux from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
2. His face claim is currently teetering between Neil Patrick

Like I told another friend, I never make New Year's Resolutions that I actually set in stone. I see no point in it for me personally, because of the 24% average of Americans who usually make New Year's Resolutions, only 8% actually successfully reach their resolutions. (I don't believe I'd fall under that 8%.) Plus, if I am truly determined to do something, then I'll do it. I try not to set too much of a time limit on myself, because if it's not a major goal, I'll get it done when I can, and if it IS a major goal, I make it a priority. So the resolution to reach personal goals really should be a year-round thing that you always work towards. Setting resolutions at the start of the New Year, while a good practice, sets up a certain mindset that most people instinctively rebel against after a time, which is why most people who make those resolutions end up dropping them or giving up within a month or two.
